BUCHANAN, KATHLEEN - Miss Kathleen “Kay” Florence Buchanan of Sussex passed away on April 11, 2012 at the age of 92. She was the daughter of the late Edgar and Florence (Hall) Buchanan. She is survived by her sister, Phyllis McQuinn of Sussex; her nephews: Brian McQuinn (Rita) and David McQuinn (Margaret); her niece, Sharon Hayes (Greg); her great nieces: Michelle Pavano (Mark) and Pamela Lester (John); two great great nieces: Madelyn and Kaitlyn and two great great nephews: Conner and Carter. She is predeceased by her brother, Alden Buchanan and by her brother-in-law, Gerald McQuinn.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). At Kathleen’s request no visitation will be held. A Celebration of Kay‘s life will be held from Trinity Cemetery on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at 2:00 pm.
