(October 11, 1937 – April 11, 2012)– Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit on Wednesday, April 11, 2012. Predeceased by his father and mother, Benjamin and Evelyn Squires; sister-in-law, Annie Squires; nephews: Benjamin A. Squires and Clayton B. Tucker. Left to celebrate his life are his brothers: Halley Squires, Winston Squires (Emily); sisters: Louise Picco (John), Susanna Tucker (Walter) and Grace Tucker; also his nephews: Don Squires, Tony Squires (Millicent), Carl Picco (Ann), Richard Picco (Kelly), Noel Tucker; nieces: Shelley Squires, Beverly Miller, Paula Halliday (Stephen), Lori Hobson (Andrew), Carmella Evans (Jim), Jennella Tucker, Sandy Tucker and their families; special friends Wayne Tucker and George King, as well as other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Friday, April 13, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Cremation to follow. Funeral service to take place at St. Philip’s Anglican Church on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow in St. Philip’s Anglican Cemetery.
