At Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Sunday, April 22, 2012 of Lorne Joseph Arsenault of Kinkora and formerly of Maple Plains, aged 77 years. Born on October 19, 1934 he was a son of the late Alyre Arsenault and the late Emma (Enman) Arsenault. Survived by sons and daughters Kevin of Fort Augustus; Catherine (John) Brentnall, Calgary, Alberta; Lowell (Susan) of Calgary; Leona (Gerald) Wall, Kensington; Garth (Barb), Hampshire, P.E.I.; Thane (Melanie), Springfield and Darryl (Jean) Charlottetown. Brother of Norman (Helena) Maplewood; Joan O’Holloran (Ronnie) of Dunsford, Ontario; Eldon (Darlene) Angus, Ontario; Jean (Boyd) Arsenault, Maple Plains and Lloyd (Roma) Kinkora. Besides his parents, Lorne was predeceased by his wife Mary, a daughter Karen, a brother Ralph and grandson David Hughes. Resting at Lawless Funeral Home, Kinkora. Visiting hours Tuesday, April 24, 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm. Funeral Wednesday, April 25 at St. Malachy’s Church, Kinkora for funeral Mass at 10 am. Interment in the parish cemetery. Donations in memory of Lorne may be made to P.E.I Right to Life Association or St. Malachy’s Parish Cemetery Fund.
