VAUTOUR, NOËLLA - Noëlla Vautour, 70, of Villa Providence, Shediac and formerly of Petit-Cap, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2012 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre. Born December 22, 1941 in Petit-Cap, she was the daughter of Élise (Melanson) and the late Adolphe Jacob. Besides her mother, Élise (Melanson) Jacob of Petit-Cap, she will be greatly missed by her two children: Thérèse of Tracadie-Sheila and Terry of Shediac; three sisters: Majella Richard of Dieppe, Léa Cormier (Jean-Guy) and Sylvia Boudreau (Maurice) both of Petit-Cap; seven brothers: Roméo (Minnie), Elmo (Jeannette), Gilles (Linda) and Aris (Annette) all of Petit-Cap, Omer (Norma) of Cap-Pelé, François of Dieppe and Melvin (Debbie) of Shediac; two granddaughters: Joline (Mathieu) of Ottawa, ON and Céline of Shediac; as well as several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by two brothers: Adolphe "Jr" and Roger.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Home, 2642, Acadie Street, Cap-Pelé (577-3297) on Thursday, April 26 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Friday, April 27, from 9:30 a.m. until time of departure (10:15). The funeral mass will be celebrated at St-Timothée R.C. Church, Shemogue, on Friday, April 27, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. In memory of Noëlla, a contribution to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
