MOREHOUSE, JEAN - Mrs. Jean Elizabeth Morehouse wife of Lee Morehouse of Blissfield, NB, passed away Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 77. Born in Blissfield, NB, she was the daughter of the late John and Margaret (Cavanaugh) Weaver. She was a retired school teacher and a homemaker. She attended Upper Blackville United Baptist Church. Besides her husband Lee, she is survived by one daughter, Brenda Hopper (Russell) of Moncton, four sons, Dale (Cindy) of Blissfield, Stuart (Allana) of Fredericton, Kevin (Lisa) of Fredericton, Lyndon of Fredericton, two sisters, Sarah Porter of Blissfield and Isabel Wilson of Blissfield, four grandchildren, Gary (Lacey), Tommy (Lori), Justin and Darla, one great grandchild, Byron and a special care giver Marion Stephens. Besides her parents she was predeceased by one son Gary, two sisters, Mary Burns and Florence Fletcher, twin grandchildren, Todd and Tabatha and granddaughter Kara.
Mrs. Jean Elizabeth Morehouse is resting at Davidson’s Funeral Home, 579 Main Street, Doaktown, with visitation on Monday evening from 7 to 9 and Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. The Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Upper Blackville United Baptist Church, with Pastor Paul Inman officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In memory of Jean donations made to Upper Blackville Baptist Church Building Fund would be appreciated.
