Passed away peacefully at Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital on April 23, 2012, Mr. Gordon Colbourne of St. Anthony, NL, in his 84th year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories daughter Daphne (Alan) O’Reilly; son Richard (Gaye Green); granddaughter Heather O’Reilly; grandsons Mark O’Reilly and Neil Colbourne; sister Ivy Patey Lewis, and a large number of loved nieces and nephews and many good friends. He was predeceased by his wife Eliza Colbourne, parents, brothers Jim Patey, and Garland Colbourne, and sister Hazel Hoyles. Visitation was held at the funeral home followed by the funeral service which was held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 26 with Rev. Stephanie McClellan officiating. Burial followed at Fishing Point Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Homes, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Siobhan Mauger, funeral director.
