It is with great sadness that the family of the late Marjorie Mauger announces her passing on Wednesday April 25, at Dr. Charles L Legrow Health Center at the age of 72 years. Born at Isle aux Morts Marjorie was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Amelia Lawrence. She was also predeceased by her sisters Margaret Hodder and Emma Lawrence, brother John Lawrence and nephew Albert Hodder. She leaves to mourn with fond and precious memories her loving children; Gertie (George) Lawrence Port aux Basques, Gloria (Gerald) Leamon Isle aux Morts, Brian (Eva) Mauger Burnt Islands, Joshua (Cecilia) Mauger Stoney Creek ON, grandchildren Amelia, Michael, Tara (Glendon), Brendon, Chauntelle, Carley; great-granddaughter Bayleigh, nephews Emmanuel, Robert and Michael Cousins and a large circle of nephews, nieces and many friends. Visitation took place at Holy Spirit Anglican Church in Isle aux Morts on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral services took place on Sunday April 29, 3 PM at Holy Spirit Anglican Church, Isle aux Morts officiated by Rev. Duncan Granter.
