GALLANT, MARIE-LOUISE - (1913 - 2012) - RICHIBUCTO, NB - Marie-Louise Gallant, 99, of Richibucto passed away peacefully at the Villa Maria, St. Louis de Kent on Sunday, May 6, 2012. Born in Petite Aldouane, she was the daughter of the late Marcel and late Celina (Daigle) Robichaud. She attended St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Roman Catholic Church, Richibucto and she was a member of the Richibucto Golden Age Club. Marie-Louis will be sadly missed by her six grandchildren; Paul-Emile Gallant (Ellen McCarthy) of Fredericton, Louis Gallant (Jacynthe) of Bouctouche, Roger Gallant (Micheline) of Bouctouche, Marcel Parker-Gallant (Raymond) of Dieppe, Denise Mourant (Paul) of Rexton, Claude Mazerolle (Brenda) of Galloway, son-in-law; Fernand Mazerolle of Richibucto, adopted daughter; Sister Thérèse Gallant of Montreal and several nieces and nephews. Marie-Louise was predeceased by her husband; Napoleon Gallant, one daughter; Aline Mazerolle, one son; Hubert Gallant (late Laurida), one adopted son; Paul Gallant, two sisters; Herculine and Exelda and one brother; Joseph.
Resting at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto with visitation on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm, Wednesday at 9:00 am until departure for the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 9th, 2012 at 11:00 am, St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic Church, Richibucto. Interment will be in the Aldouane Roman Catholic Cemetery.
