It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Lillian ‘Marie’ Ann (Campbell) Taylor of Sydney Mines, on Sunday, May 6, 2012, at the Northside General Hospital.
Born in Barrie Ont., Marie was the daughter of the late William and Teresa (Poirier) Campbell.
Marie is survived by her husband, Kenneth; son, Matthew; brothers, Tony (Hillary), Bill (Aggie) and Paul, all of Dartmouth; sister, Terry, Sydney Mines; sisters-in-law, Lorraine and Pat Taylor; also several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place under the care of J.M. Jobes Funeral Home. There will be no visitation or funeral service. The family will receive visitors at a reception, which will be held at Carman United Church Hall, on Wednesday, May 9, 2012, from 1-3 p.m.
Donations in Marie’s memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
