Della (Hazelwood) Clark late of Shellbrook Saskatchewan passed away on Saturday May 5, 2012 at St. Paul’s Hospital in Saskatoon. Della was born on November 1, 1934 near Almonte, Ontario. Della is survived by her loving husband Gerald and children: Albert of St. John’s, New Brunswick, Ian (Barbie) of Shellbrook, Sask. Alvin (Lisa) of Edmonton, Alberta. Stephen of Parkside, Saskatchewan. David (Dawn Cawthorne) of Edmonton Alberta. Sister: Isabelle (Wallace) Eady. Brothers: Gordon, Don (Marjorie),Alex (Annie), Clarence (Gwen) and two sister in laws: Audrey Hazelwood and Donna (Dennis) Lougheed. Della was predeceased by her parents Bert and Ester (Munro) Hazelwood. Brothers Keith and Garry, sister in law Jean and two loving grandchildren Heidi and Kyla Clark. Della’s funeral service will be at the Shellbrook Community Hall on Wednesday May 9, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Memorial donations can be sent to the Canadian Diabetic Association, or Shellbrook Home Care (Box 70 Shellbrook, Sask.
