DONOVAN, FRANK (FRANCIS) MONT - 1950 - 2012 - Frank (Francis) Mont Donovan of Riverview passed away unexpectedly at The Moncton Hospital on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at the age of 61. Born in Saint John, he was the son of the late Patrick and Joan (Poley) Donovan. He was the Maritime Manager for with Canada Cartage. A member of the Riverview Kinsmen Club and had been involved with several fundraisers for the IWK Children’s Hospital in Halifax. Frank was a man who truly enjoyed spending time not only with his family but friends and people in general, always smiling and enjoying joking with others making them laugh and smile. Frank is survived by his wife and high school sweetheart Judi Donovan (Bernard) of 40 years, daughter Holly Larson (Mike) of Boston, sons; Jamie at home, Jeffery (Lori) of Lower Sackville, NS, three grandsons; Deyton, Shane and Riley, brother, Gerald (Jane) of Saint John, sisters, Cathy Britten (Brian) of Vancouver, Pat Lennon of Moncton, Mary Hewey (Wayne) of Saint John, Debbie Boudreau (Reno) of Saint John, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Road Riverview (869-2007) on Friday, May 11, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. The funeral service will be held from Cobb’s Funeral Home Memorial Chapel on Saturday, May 12 at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Brent Ham officiating. Following the service a reception will be held at Blondie’s Bar, 1212 Mountain Road, Moncton. Donations to the Albert County Food Bank or Pro Kids Riverview would be appreciated by the family.
