Passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 10, 2012, Ivan Noel in his 82nd year. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Shirley (Taylor) and daughters: Ruby (Gordon), Christine (Clyde) and Yvonne (Jim); much loved grandchildren: Meredith (Steve), Stacey, Noel (Amanda), Paul, Jonathon and Liam; great-grandchildren: Dylan, Noah, Ella and Isaac; sister Olga; sister-in-law Ruby; brother-in-law Terry (Mary). Cremation has taken place. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 13 at 2:00 p.m. from St. David of Wales Anglican Church, Church Street, with Rev. David Hewitt officiating. Interment to take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. David of Wales Anglican Church Memorial Fund or to a Charity of One’s Choice. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue, Corner Brook.
