It is with great sadness that the family of the late Maurice Bromley Jr. of Goose Cove, NL, announce his passing on May 10, 2012. He leaves to mourn his sons Louis (Lillian), Donald (Elva), Anthony (Marilyn), and Edward (Sharon); daughters Joan Saunders (Morris), Bonnie Eddison, Angela Hillier (Barry), Shirley (Dale), Linda Bromley, and Rhonda Carroll (Todd); 25 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers Edward (Anne), Cyril (Alice) and Kevin (Rose); sisters Laura Whiteway, Ida McGrath, Theresa Alyward (John Joe), Anna Alyward (Patrick), as well as a large circle of family and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Theresa, daughters Linda and Bessie, parents Maurice Sr. and Mary Josephine, brothers Ronald and Francis. Visitation was held at the funeral home from where the funeral took place on Monday, May 14 at 11 a.m. Interment followed at the church cemetery in Goose Cove. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Homes, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Sioban Mauger, funeral director.
