Alice Marguerite Cameron, 81, a resident of Harbourstone Enhanced Care, formerly, Hugh Street, Sydney, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2009, at Harbourstone.
Born in Sydney, she was the daughter of the late Maurice and Mina (MacKenzie) Phillips.
Alice was a retired school teacher, having taught at Colby School for many years.
Surviving are her daughters, Cathie Penny, Terri MacKeigan and Barbara Buick, all of Sydney and Joanne Curry, Oshawa, Ont.; 11 grandchildren, Laura, Jonathan, Mark and Hannah Penny, Emily, James and Rachel Buick, Kolt and Jada Curry and Amiee and Becky MacKeigan and four great-grandsons.
Alice was predeceased by her husband, Ralph and brothers, Bud and Fred.
