Francis Garfield ‘Frank’ Murphy, 61, Halifax, passed away Nov. 29, 2010, at home.
Born in Glace Bay, he was a son of the late James and Frances (MacDonald) Murphy.
Frank attended school in Dominion and St. Francis Xavier University.
Surviving are his children, Lane and Ron, who both reside in British Columbia; sister, Myrna Bettiol; brothers, Vernon (Wilma), all of Ontario, Mike (Bernadette), Chatham, N.B., George (Faith), Waterville, Kings Co.; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Cremation has taken place. Interment service will take place at 3 p.m., Friday, May 25, in St. Eugene’s Parish Cemetery, Dominion.
