McNULTY, MARY ELLEN (CADY) - 1954 - 2012 - The death of Mary Ellen (Cady) McNulty of Miramichi, wife of James Gregory McNulty, occurred on May 23, 2012 at the Miramichi Regional Hospital. Born in Chatham, New Brunswick on May 2, 1954 she is a daughter of the late Alfred George Cady and Mary Eva Stella (Daigle) Cady. Mary Ellen lived in Miramichi, New Brunswick until she married. For the initial 13 years of their marriage Greg and Mary Ellen lived in various communities throughout New Brunswick, returning to Miramichi in 1989 where they settled. Mary Ellen was a member of St Michael’s Basilica. Besides her husband of 32 years she is survived by two sons; David (Heather) of Halifax, Nova Scotia and Andrew of Fredericton, New Brunswick; four brothers; Earl (Lois) of Cochran, Alberta, George (Frances) of Chiliwack, British Columbia, Frederick (Anita) and Kenneth of Miramichi, New Brunswick; two sister; Eileen Fillips, of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan and Marjorie Brown of Miramichi, New Brunswick. Besides her parents she was predeceased by two brothers; William and Melborn; three sisters; Shirley Laybolt, Mary Esther and Sharon.
At Mary Ellen’s request there will be no visitation or funeral service.
