ROULEAU: Alma Marie Rouleau, age 101 years of Ponteix, SK passed away May 16, 2012 at the Foyer St. Joseph, Ponteix, SK The funeral service was held at 11:00 A.M., May 23, 2012 from the Notre Dame d'Auvergne Roman Catholic Church, Ponteix, SK, with Father Keith Hiebert Celebrant. The eulogist was Lorraine Taylor, the organist for the Mass was Mrs. Claudette Begin, the soloist was Robert Carignan and the church choir provided music for the Mass. The pallbearers were: Cory Loverin, Tyler Bourns, Lynn Rouleau, Ron Legault, Gerald Langlois and Pat Legault. Alma is survived by her children: Pauline Bonneville, Marie (Bob) Loverin, Irene (Mickie) Bourns; grandchildren: Loraine Taylor, Allain Bonneville, Elaine Williamson, Joanne Langlois, Paulette Dyck, Pat Legault, Gloria Brown, Ron Legault, Colette Chabot, Line Desharnais, Solange Voskamp, Claude Rouleau, Kelly Rousseax, Cory Loverin, Cary-Ann Legien, Tyler Bourns Lynn Rouleau and Kiley Bouras and a daughter-in-law Val Rouleau. She was predeceased by: her husband, Alphonse (1963); children: Gertrude Legault (1981); Bernadette Desharnais (2007); George Rouleau (2004) and Paul Rouleau (1991); sons-in-law: Fernad Bonneville, Lionel Legault and Gerard Desharnais; grandchildren: Gisele Moat and Dennis Rouleau. Alma was born in Ponteix, SK, November 18, 1910. She attended school at the Ponteix Convent and on October 3, 1929 was united in marriage to Alphonse Rouleau, she was a member of Les dames de St. Anne, Le groupe D'or. Her special interest included: playing cards, fishing, bingo, crafts, knitting, crocheting, reading, word search and traveling.
