CLEMENTS, DOUGLAS - Douglas Clements, 58, of Shediac and formerly of Pte-du- Chêne, passed away on Friday June 1, 2012 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre. Born on March, 1, 1954 in Pte-du- Chêne he was the son of the late Arthur and Yvonne (Clements) Clements. Douglas will be sadly missed by his son: Gregory (Lyne Leménager); two daughters: Julie Lepage, Monica Clements (Dennis Melanson); six sisters: Marleen Desimas (Manuel), Julie Gallant (Leonce), Shirley Wade (Emile), Karla Arsenault (Luc), Dianna Gallant (Robert) and Nancy Gallant (Lte.Harvey); three brothers: Edmond (Shirley), Ovila and Roy (Giselle); seven grandchildren: Jeremy, Aryana, Corben, Freyja, Meegan, Alexander, Katelyn; by his former wife, Georgette Vautour; two aunts: Bertha and Nelda; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a daughter, Roxanne; two brothers: Normand and George and by a grandchild, Kaden.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Home 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297) Tuesday from 9 a.m. until time of departure 10:45 a.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy R.C. Church, Point du Chêne, on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Family donations by request. Funeral and cremation arrangements have been entrusted with Frenette Funeral Home Ltd. Shediac.
