COUGHLAN, DAVID - It is with great sadness that the family of David Coughlan announces his passing on June 2nd, 2012 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on July 23rd, 1954, he was the son of the late Charles J. Coughlan and Catherine (Nancy Cathiness) Coughlan. He is survived by his daughter Meghan (Ron )Urquhart of Halifax, N.S. sons Joshua (Karlyn Macdonald) of Halifax and Nathan (Maggie Fowler) of St. Andrews, N.B., grandchildren Aiden and Rayan, the mother of his children Ellen Matheson, brother Donald (Denise) of Saint John, N.B., nephews Jay and Trevor and grand-nephew Gabe. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his son Jesse and his brother Michael.
By David’s request there will be no visitation, family and friends are welcome to attend a graveside service at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, June 6th, 2012 at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB. Donations can be made to the Saint John Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit.
