MAHAFFEY, JEAN (COATES) - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jean Mahaffey (age 92) on May 28, 2012 in Burbank, California, formely of Scoudouc Road. She was the daughter of the late Bamford and Sarah Coates. She will be sadly missed by her daughter Valerie (Kelly) Ziolkoski of Burbank, California, Son Lewis and his wife of New York. Three grandchildren and her extended family in Canada, sister Louise Coates (Francis) her sister in law Irene Coates, and several nieces and nephews, Nancy (Dean) Welling, David (Nancy), Brian (Claudette), Gary (Janice) Coates. She was predeceased by her brothers Ralph Coates (1993) and Alton Coates (2012).
Burial will take place June 17, 2012 in Austin Texas.
