PETITPAS, BENOIT "BEN" - Benoit “Ben” Petitpas, 84, of Point-du-Chêne, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, June 13, 2012. Born December 11, 1927 in Moncton, he was the son of the late Patrick and Emma (Martin) Petitpas. He is survived by his five children: Debrah Thibeault (Ray), Kevin, Sandra, Stewart and Ricky; two sisters; one brother; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Jeannette Petitpas (2005); three children: Bradley, Randy and Carol.
In keeping with his wishes, there will be no visiting hours at the funeral home. A Chapel Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, June 18, 2012 at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297). In memory of Benoit, a contribution to the Alzheimer Society or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
