Passed away after a brief illness, at the Placentia Health Centre on Sunday, June 17, 2012, John Dohey, in his 88th year. Predeceased by his parents William and Bridget Dohey, his sister Lettie Murphy and his brother James Dohey. Left to mourn with fond memories are his brothers Clem, Frank and Charlie, his many nieces and nephews, and many friends. Also, his caregivers and friends at Hannah’s and Peter’s Haven, especially John Corcoran Seymour, whose praises he sang everyday; as well, the owners and staff at Beachside Manor, where he resided for the past month. Resting at Sacred Heart Church, St. Bride's. Funeral mass will take place on Wednesday, June 20th at 11 a.m. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Manning's Funeral Service.
