Passed away suddenly at Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Thursday, June 21, 2012, Lillian Carpenter of Clarenville, aged 91 years. Predeceased by husband Edward. Left with fond and loving memories are her daughters Annie (Gilbert), Lorraine (Lindo), Jean (Glenn), Janice (Wayne) and Donna (Dave); sons Eph (Rowena), Roy, Glen (Karen), George (Sherry), Ben (Barb), Terry (Cindy) and Scott; 26 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; sisters Edith Johnson and Eva Hart; and a large circle of family and friends. Rested at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville. Funeral service took place on Sunday, June 24, 2012 at Memorial United Church, Clarenville with interment at the United Cemetery, Church Hill, Clarenville. In her memory donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, St. John’s.
