Suddenly at his residence, in Cambridge, Ontario, on Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at the age of 78. Loving and devoted husband of Ruby Matthews (nee Coates); cherished father of Christopher and his wife Diana and Bruce and his wife Karen. Gerry will also be sadly missed by his ten brothers and sisters: Anne (Street), Beth (Power), Bobbi (Dawson), Bonnie (Clark), Bill, Jean (Vallis), Jim, Neil, Ruth (Morris) and Toby; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. A memorial service was conducted at Trinity Anglican Church, Cambridge, on Saturday, June 30, 2012. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
