It is with great sadness that the family announces the tragic and sudden passing of Michael Wade Best in Stony Plain, AB on July 12, 2012, in Stony Plain, AB, at the age of 20 years. Michael is survived by his parents Wade and Sharon Best; sister and brother-in-law Natasha and Keith Lafort; brother Joshua Best; nephews: Logan and Chase Lefort; girlfriend Cydney Kowaluk; grandparents Frank and Elizabeth Best, Phillip Murphy; god-daughter Chloe Miller-Nichol; as well as numerous family and friends. Michael was predeceased by his grandmother Irene Murphy. A Memorial Service was held on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at Stony Plain Alliance Church, Stony Plain, AB.
