GORDON MILES DEAN .Gordon Miles Dean of Kamloops passed away on February 11, 2009 at 54 years of age. Gordon is survived by his loving children Angela (Grant) Wood of Comox, B.C. and Kelli (Sean) Dean of Blackfalds, Alberta; grandchildren Rachel, Emma, Hailey, Ryne Gordon and Hanna; mother Hilda Kendall, his siblings Walter Dean, Cliff Dean, Kathy Dean, Trish Berry, Donald Dean and Susan Henderson. Predeceased by father Larry Francis Dean on September 5, 1978 and sister Wanda Dean on February 19, 1956. Gordon was born in Kamloops and worked for the Kamloops School Board #24 for 26 years. He loved fishing, hunting, the outdoors, camping and fly-tying. Gordon loved to cook, listen to Elvis, and loved being with his family and friends. The Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2009 in the Kamloops Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Mary Widmer officiating.
