Passed peacefully away following a lengthy illness, on Saturday, July 28, 2012, while in the presence of his loving family, at his home in St. Vincent's, S.M.B., Peter St. Croix, aged 88 years. Predeceased by son Gabriel, parents Aiden & Bridget St. Croix; brothers: Jack, Gus and Lawrence, sister Mildred and sisters-in-law: Elizabeth and Bessie. Leaving to mourn loving and devoted wife Edna (nee Stamp); daughters: Sylvia (Garry) and children: Michael and Stephanie; Phyllis (John) and children: Roan and Jonathon; Audrey and children: Ashley, Taylor and Cassidy; sons: Peter (Cora) and children: Charles and Corey and Malcolm (Gabriela) and children: Gabriel and Erin; nine great-grandchildren; sisters: Helen (Tom) and Mary (Jerry); brothers: Dermot, Philip and Aiden (Geraldine); sister-in-law Deborah (Jim) and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, including his homecare worker Jeanette. A special thank you is extended to Dr. Thomas McGarry for providing him with constant care. Resting at Fr. Battcock Memorial Chapel, St. Vincent's, on Wednesday, August 1 and Thursday, August 2, from 2 - 4 p.m., 7 - 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 3, at 11 a.m., at Sacred Heart Church, St. Vincent's.
