Born in Parrsboro, she was a daughter of the late Percy and Edith (Hunter) Lamb. She is survived by daughters, Joyce Lamont, Ruth Willigar (Ralph), Carol Nicoll (Larry), all of Parrsboro; Sherry Glennie (Wayne), River Hebert; a son, Harold, Parrsboro; brothers, Maurice Lamb, Amherst; Harold Lamb, Amherst; 14 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, Clarence; a daughter, Edith; a son, Charles. Visitation 6-8 p.m. today [Friday, August 10, 2012] at Smith’s Funeral Home, Parrsboro where funeral service will be held 4:30 p.m. on Saturday [August 11, 2012], Rev. Tory Byrne officiating.
