PERRON/HAMEL/FOURNY, Yvonne. Another angel has found her way home, going peacefully from the Foyer St. Joseph Nursing Home on July 11, 2012. Yvonne was born January 5, 1925 to Emile and Marie Fourny. She lived in Frenchville and attended school there. In 1954 she married Adrien Hamel. They ran the Frenchville post office until they moved to B.C. After the death of Adrien she moved back to Saskatchewan, living in Redvers/Bellegarde area with her two daughters. In 1960 she moved to Cadillac and in 1964 married Paul Perron, and had one daughter. She loved people (especially the little ones) and everyone loved her. She went to work at The Foyer St. Joseph in 1970 and in 1973 got her Aide Certificate. Also at the age of 51 she got her driver license so she could go visit her grandchildren. Her favorite saying was "there is always someone worst off then me." She is survived by daughters: Aggie Dyck (Gordon), Annette Williamson (Ross), Marie Paule Polishchuk (Kerry Ridgwall). Grandchildren: Curtis (Allie), Melissa (Paul), Lise (Dave), Dylan, Dustin (Dawn), Nicole, Gina, Claeton (Jenn), and Bryton. Great grandchildren Parker, McKenzie, Xander, Jaden, Jasper, Sidney, Tyson, Ivy, Karson and Ivy. Two-brother Pete and Gerry Fourny and a sister Margaret Perreaux. Numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husbands, parents, 4 sisters and numerous in laws. There will be a private memorial celebration of her life at a later date.
