It is with great sadness that the family of the late John Joseph MacDonald announces his sudden passing due to a drowning accident on Tuesday, August 7th at the age of 65 years. He will be very sadly missed by his son Lorne of Fort McMurray AB, his sister Madonna (Clem) Codroy Valley, brothers Jim Burlington ON, Kevin (Darlene) Stephenville NL, also left to share some wonderful memories a very special nephew George and a large circle of nieces, nephews, family and many friends. John was predeceased by his Dad, Mom and in April 2012 his brother Arthur Gale. The funeral mass took place on Saturday, August 11th, 11 AM at St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church in Upper Ferry officiated Father Edward Terry. No flowers at the request of the family.
