On August 14, 2012 Edna Marie Doucette passed away peacefully at Kamloops Seniors Village. She was born February 2, 1925 at Duchess, Alberta.

She is predeceased by her son Robert (1965), her first husband Archie Dandenault (1972) and her second husband Robert Doucette (2001).

She is survived by her sons Don (Donna) and Ed (Verna), her daughter Rita (Darryl), ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Edna was an avid golfer; she also enjoyed quilting and her church. She will be missed by all who knew her. She is also remembered for her sense of humour and thoughtfulness.

The family wishes to thank all her caregivers at the Kamloops Seniors Village for the love, care and compassion while she was there.

Prayers will be recited on Sunday, August 19, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in Our Lady Of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. The Reverend Father Peter Nguyen will Celebrate the Funeral Mass on Monday, August 20, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the church. Cremation will follow.
