Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre in the presence of his family on Wednesday, August 15, 2012, Ronald Joseph Butler of Cupids Crossing, aged 61 years, after a short and courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by his father Ronald Butler. Leaving to mourn wife, Pauline (nee Ryan), daughter Linda, son-in-law Trevor, grandchildren Brianna and Brooklyn, and special buddy Lucky. Also leaving to mourn his mother Rita Butler; sisters: Frances, Genevieve, Joan (Mike) and Barbara (Paul), and many other relatives and friends. Resting at Broughton’s Funeral Home, Brigus on Saturday, August 18 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., Sunday, August 19 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place from St. Patrick’s Church, Brigus on Monday, August 20, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in the R.C.
