KEETCH, PAULINE EDITH - Pauline E. Keetch of Hartfield, NB passed away August 18, 2012 at her home, where she was born in 1919. She was the daughter of the late Milford and Emma (Porter) Bragdon. Following the death of her husband, Harley Keetch in 1955, Pauline continued operating their country store until just a few years ago. She was loved by the whole community. Pauline is survived by a son, David Keetch (Betty), Newmarket, NB; a daughter-in-law, Donna Keetch, Millville, NB; her grandchildren, Shawna Kaley (Arwood), Rossville, NB, Charman Armstrong (Gary), Noonan, NB, Anita Fougere (Chris), Waasis, NB and Mike Keetch (Marie Josee), Lac Saint Charles, Quebec; her great grandchildren, Billy Kaley (Heather), Becky Kaley (Brodie), Keirra Armstrong, Kaden Armstrong, Aiden Fougere, Jonathan Fougere and Alex Fougere; a sister-in-law, Grace Bragdon, Southampton, NB and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Pauline was predeceased by her husband, two daughters, Edith Reed and infant Wanda, a son, Ernest Keetch, a daughter-in-law, Joan Keetch, a son-in-law, Glendon Reed and three brothers, Lyman, Donald and Edison Bragdon.
Visitation will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic, NB on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Hartfield Baptist Church, 837 Campbell Settlement Road on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Wayne Schriver and Rev. Paul Legere officiating. Interment will follow in the Hartfield Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be Norman Rohovich, Carolyn Brewer, Delcee MacLean, Edna Harding and Janice Bragdon. Active pallbearers will be Brodie Bradley, Chris Fougere and grandchildren, Billy Kaley, Becky Kaley, Mike Keetch, and Aidan Fougere. The family wishes to extend special thanks to the caregivers, neighbors and friends who allowed Pauline to stay in her home until her passing.
