It is with great sadness that the family of the late Gerald Kenneth Vatcher announce his peaceful passing while surrounded by his loving wife and family on Monday, August 13, 2012 at the Toronto General Hospital at the age of 66 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Marlene of 45 years; two children Sherry (Allan), Wilfred (Angelita); three grandchildren: Dwayne, Kayla and Matthew; five siblings: Willis (Evangeline), Barbara (Henry), Addie (Terry), Raymond (Darlene) and Valerie (Woodrow), as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents William and Vera May; brothers: Oscar & Norman and sister Ivy Rideout. Cremation has taken place in Toronto and Funeral services will take place on Friday, September 7, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at The Salvation Army, O’Connell Drive, Corner Brook.
