It is with great sadness that the family of the late Elizabeth Hutchings announce her passing at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Home on Sunday, August 19th, 2012 at the age of 77 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Harold (Belinda), Myles (Cheryl), Loretta (Steve Wilson), Eileen (Les Stantien), Geraldine (Alex Rumbolt), Della (Eddie Laing), Winston (Thelma), Darren (Charlene), Bonnie Lou (Didier Ocana); brothers and sisters: Frederick (Rachael), Gordon (Daphne); 30 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by parents Seymour and Maria (nee Payne) Hutchings; brothers and sisters: Freida (Gordon Gilley), Frailen (Winnifred), Bessie (Reuben Bennett) and Benjamin. Friends may visit St. Albans Anglican Church on Monday 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., from where the funeral service will take place on Wednesday, August 22nd at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Jean Brenton Hickman officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
