WILSON – Velma was born in Vanguard, SK on September 26, 1935. The youngest daughter of Arthur and Ellen Garry. Velma started her schooling in Daybreak just north of Neville and in the community of Neville. Velma was predeceased by parents Arthur and Ellen Garry; husband Eugene Sim, husband Irvin Paul and husband Wayne Wilson. Velma is survived by: 1 sister Charlotte Warman of Toronto; her children Valerie, Shelby, Eugene, Robert, Michael, Craig, Heath; 13 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Memorial donations may be made to the Dr. Noble Irwin Foundation or to Christ The Redeemer Catholic Church Building Fund. A funeral mass was held on Friday, August 10, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Christ The Redeemer Roman Catholic Church with Father Richard Jasiak officiating. The honorary pallbearers were: Clayton Larson, Derek Wilson, David Wilson, Riley Wilson, Aaron Paul and Mitchell Wilson. The interment will take place at a later date.
