Pre-deceased by his wife, Dorothy (Ne: Pearce), brother, Harold and son-in-law, Don Weir.
Sadly missed by daughter, Lorna (and George, his best friend) Mercer and son, Jim Turner; eight grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 13 great, great grandchildren and especially, his two brothers, Bill and David and his many cousins and their families.
Also the Nanoose Bay floor curlers, all his many friends and neighbours.
He had the best of care both in Eagle Park Care Facility in Qualicum and then in Stanford Place Campus Care Facility in Parksville where he passed away.
Their care was over and above their jobs and so much appreciated.
No service by his request so had the BIG 100th
birthday party/family reunion instead, Jan. 20th, 2011.
