COBB, Sheila Evelyn (Stroulger)
Affectionately known as "Nana", Sheila Evelyn (Stroulger) Cobb - 92, of Kentville, formerly of Montreal, passed away Tuesday, August 28, 2012 in Evergreen Home for Special Care, Kentville. Born in Montreal, she was the daughter of the late Francis George and Annie "Nan" (Whitton) Stroulger. She was very proud to be a veteran of the Second World War and later worked for Bell Canada. She is survived by her beloved husband of 65 years, Christopher, Evergreen Home for Special Care; a granddaughter, Jennifer Grant (Jason Dodwell), Kentville; two great grandchildren, Athena and Spencer; two sons, David and Bruce, both of Vancouver. She was predeceased by a daughter, Janis Cobb. Cremation has taken place under the direction of the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville. There was no visitation or funeral service, by request. Donations in memory may be made to the Canadian National Institute for the Blind.
