Shaughnessy, Gordon Douglas - 80, Glen Haven Manor, New Glassgow, formerly of Coldstream Dr., Valley, passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 in Glen Haven Manor, New Glasgow. Born in Toronto, ON, he was the son of the late Thomas and Elaine (Adams) Shaughnessy. Gordon was a machinist by trade. He was a very kind and caring gentleman who will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of meeting him. Surviving are his loving wife, Vickie (LeBlanc) (Mueller) Shaughnessy; stepdaughter, Bonnie, Riverview, NB; stepson, Daniel Mueller, ON. Besides his parents, Gordon was predeceased by his first wife, Muriel (Priest), stepson, Alvin and sister, Loretta. There will be no visitation by Gordon's request. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 17 at 1:00 pm in Bible Hill Cemetery.
