It is with sadness that the family of Dorothy Fequet (nee Reeves) announce her passing on September 5th, 2012 at the Long Term Care Facility, Happy Valley-Goose Bay at the age of 91. She showed strength and dignity until the end. She was predeceased by her husband Bernard and her daughter Josephine. Left to mourn with fond memories are her children, Howard (Ann), Muriel (Calvin) Hudson, Sam (Betty Anne) and Donna (Julian) Benton, her grandchildren Steve Fequet, Stephanie Battcock, Michael Fequet, Howard Jr. Fequet, Bernard Hudson, Wade Hudson, Brent Hudson, Anne-Marie Fequet, Danielle Fequet and Scott Benton, thirteen great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild. Many thanks are extended to St. Peter's Anglican Church and people of Cartwright for funeral service arrangements on September 10th and for their hospitality to the visiting family. Thanks also to the Anglican Church of Happy Valley-Goose Bay and to the staff of the Long Term Care Facility for the Memorial Service on September 12 and heartfelt thanks to all who helped in our time of sadness with many kind gestures.
