We regret to announce the passing of our much loved son, Philip Robert Tarr on Sept. 21, 2012, at home.
He is survived by his loving parents, Cheryl Moore-Tarr and Kenneth Tarr; his twin brother and best friend, James Franklin Tarr; his grandmother, Vera Moore; as well as a large extended loving family.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, “Nanny” Vivian and Frank Tarr, grandfather, “Papa” Robert Moore.
Philip was a talented artist, musician and boxer and was a very compassionate person and loving son.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012, at the S.W. Chant & Son Funeral Home, 564 Alexandra St., Sydney from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Sheldon Chant officiating. Interment to take place in Hardwood Hill Cemetery, Sydney.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Philip’s memory may be made to a charity of choice.
We were very proud of you son, you took a piece of us with you.
