Passed peacefully away on October 8th, 2012 at the Health Sciences Center after a short battle with cancer. Leaving to mourn her parents: Patrick and Shirley (nee Jeans) Aylward, brother, Mike Aylward, sister, Kerry Griffiths (special brother-in-law, Barry), nephews: Mike Jr., Jack, Matthew, Joseph, Nicholas, and her beloved cats: Micky and Ally. Also, a large circle of friends and relatives all over the world, especially Bobby and Leanne Bruce, and Ernst Rollmann. Special thanks to all the nurses and doctors especially, Dr. Tony Rolfe for their care and dedication. Cremation has taken place. No Visitation. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, October 12th, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. from Corpus Christi Church. Burial to take place at a later date. Donations in Gracie’s memory may be made to Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation.
