LANDRY, DEVINA - Devina Landry, 92, of Shediac, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 14, 2012 at the Villa Providence surrounded by her family. Born on December 7, 1919 in St-André, she was the daughter of the late Patrique and Vitaline (Richard) Bourque. She is survived by her grandson, Pierre Brine (Louise) of Dieppe; one great-granddaughter, Sylvie (Brian Small); one great-great-grandson, Joshua, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was predeceased by her husband, Napoleon (1991), her daughter, Simonne Brine (1968) (late Stanley); six sisters: Stella, Marguerite, Azile, Marceline, Claudia and Caroline, six brothers: Maurice, Dosithée, Abel, Arthur, Harvé and Livain.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297) on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 11 a.m. until time of departure (11:45). The funeral mass will be celebrated at St-Joseph R.C.
