It is with great sadness that the family of Victor Maynard announce his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Center on Monday, October 22, 2012 at the age of 72 years. Vic was predeceased by his wife Katherine, his father Stanley, infant brother Hector, and sons Rick and Roger Gale. Leaving to mourn his children: Vicki (Albert) Nippard, Patricia (Darrell) Rumbolt, Todd (Mo) Gale, George (Debbie) Gale; grandchildren: Robbie, Natasha, Gregory, Jordon, Brendan, Ricky, Stephanie and Ashley; mother Elizabeth; sisters: Della (Randy), Paulette (Todd), Mercedes (Harry), Loretta; brothers: Fred (Helen), and Gordon (Sandra); wife Phyllis and her son Jamie, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will be receiving family and friends from the Church of the Shepherd, Norris Point, NL on Thursday, October 25, 2012 from 12 Noon – 10 pm and on Friday, October 26, 2012 from 10 am – 12 noon. The funeral service will take place from the Church of the Good Shepherd in Norris Point, NL on Friday October 26, 2012 at 2 pm. The burial to follow at the Anglican Cemetery in Norris Point, NL.
