Allen McWatters was born in Milden, SK, on August 17, 1939. He passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, at Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice House in Kamloops, BC, on October 12, 2012, at 3:30 p.m.

Allen was predeceased by his parents, and his sister Diane.

He is survived by his wife Gloria, four daughters Brenda, Lillian, Sharon and Cathy. He will be missed by his three grandchildren David, 17 years, Justin, 13 years and Stacey, 14 years, as well as his brother Henry.

Allen enjoyed fishing and looking after the animals on the farm. Allen also found time to take part in the Black Powder events in the area.

A Memorial will be held at the Squam Bay Hall in the spring of 2013.
