LaPORTE, KATHLEEN - Kathleen Agnes LaPorte, 82, of Woodstock, NB, passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2012 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Kathleen was born in Lower Waterville, NB on March 24, 1930, daughter of the late Donald and Agnes (Kimball) McKellar. Kathleen is survived by her sister; Elizabeth McKellar, Upper Woodstock, NB, sister-in-law; Vickie McKellar, Grafton, NB, nieces; Linda MacFarlane, Maureen McKellar, nephews; Donnie McKellar and Kevin McKellar, great niece, Maggie MacFarlane. Besides her parents, Kathleen was predeceased by her husband; Arthur, and a brother; Donald McKellar.
Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home 337 Lockhart Mill Road Jacksonville on Wednesday, November 7 from 12 to 2 PM. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday from The Carleton Funeral Home Chapel at 2 PM. Interment will be held in the Upper Waterville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Carleton County Animal Shelter or to the Food Bank.
