GORDON CLIFFORD WINDER, born June 20, 1939 at Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday November 5, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by his wife Darlene Winder, parents, Jack and Kathleen Winder; in-laws: Bill and Jessie Masson; brothers: Jackie King, Donald Andrews, and Ed Winder; sister, Marjorie Freeland; brothers-in-law: George Newstead, Lionel Freeland, and Philip Masson; and sister-in-law: Phyllis King. Left to Cherish his memory are: daughters: Brenda (David) Bennett - Moose Jaw, Marlene (Randy) Pond - Bengough and Cheryl (Darrell) Denet - Moose Jaw, son, Gordon (Robin) Winder - Moose Jaw, fourteen grandchildren, ten-great-grandchildren; sisters: May Newstead - Moose Jaw, and Lil Andrews – Edmonton; brother: Curly Andrews - Petawawa, ON, sisters-in-law: Elinor Andrews - Petawawa, ON, Sheri Masson – Regina; numerous nieces and nephews; special friends, Bob and Deanna Reid and Family, and Doug and Ilene Reid. Special thanks to the Palliative Care Department Nursing Staff and Dr. Van Heerden; Dr. Niaz at the Moose Jaw Union Hospital for all their help and support as well as Dr. Rayson and staff at the Allan Blair Cancer Clinic in Regina. The Funeral Service will be held at W.J.Jones & Son Chapel on Saturday November 10, 2012 at 2:00 pm. Della Ferguson will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, 61B Ross St. W., Moose Jaw, S6H 2M2 would be appreciated. In living memory of Gordon, a memorial planting will be made by W. J.
