BROWN, Joyce Marie – 69 of Sundridge, passed away November 10, 2012 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born in Truro, she was a daughter of the late Douglas & Audrey (MacLean) Casey. Joyce worked at National Sea Products, More Than a Bakery and was the rural route postal driver for many years. Joyce was a member of Ruby Red Sister Hood and the Princess Rebekah Lodge, Pictou. She is survived by her husband, John; children; David, Seven Sisters Falls, Manitoba; Suzanne Brown, Pictou; Lisa (Rick) Langille, Kingston, Ontario; Lori Brown (Grant Reinhart) Sylvan Lake, Alberta; grandchildren, Cody Brown, Terry John Hansen, Cole Hansen, Kiley and Ryan Langille; one great grandchild; brothers, John, Charles, James; sister, Bev; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Donnie and a sister, Sharon. Visitation will be held from 2-4 & 7-9 PM on Wednesday in McLaren Funeral Home, Pictou. Funeral will take place at 11:00 AM on Thursday in St. James Anglican Church, Pictou with Archdeacon Peter Armstrong and Rev. Aidan Kingsbury officiating. Interment will be in Scotch Hill Cemetery.
