At Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012, of Jason Joseph Clements, Summerside. Born in O'Leary on Oct. 15, 1980, he is the son of Carl Clements, O'Leary, and Mildred (Perry) Clements (Leo Hayes) of Charlottetown. Dear brother to Carol Ann Johnson (Gary Nicholson), Kelly Road; Kevin (Christine) Clements, West Cape; Tom (Connie MacDonald), Springfield West; Judy Banks (David), Summerside; Shelley Clements (Allan Blanchard), Toronto; Jerry Clements (Lisa), Summerside; Jenny Clements (Dwaine Arsenault), Coleman; and Andy (Angela), O'Leary. Jason is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles. Predeceased by sister Irene, brother Andy and sister Rachel. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O'Leary, with visiting hours Thursday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mark's Roman Catholic Church, Lot 7.
