Passed peacefully away at the G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Wednesday November 21, 2012 Nelson Benson of Sunnyside in his 55th year.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his sons Dwayne and Terry Benson both of Arnold’s Cove; sisters: Sheila Piercey (Thomas) of Sunnyside, Gloria Benson of Ontario; brothers: Heber Benson (Hazel) of Sunnyside, Douglas Benson of Nova Scotia; 10 nieces and nephews plus a large circle of other family and friends.

Pre-deceased by his parents Donald and Marjorie Benson and Brother Barry.

Funeral service was officiated by Pastors Alwin Reid and Pastor Ralph Benson from St. Andrews Anglican Church, Sunnyside on Saturday Nov. 24, 2012 with interment following at Pentecostal Church Cemetery, Sunnyside.

Pallbearers were: Sons Dwayne and Terry Benson, Brother Heber Benson, Nephew Stephen Benson, and friends Cyril Hiscock and Clarence Temple.
